One of the questions we hear most often is, "What does a Petite Newborn Session actually look like?" Here's a little peek behind the scenes.

We always begin with parent portraits while everyone is fresh and relaxed. Getting these images first allows Mom and Dad to enjoy the rest of the session without wondering when they'll be in front of the camera. Once family photos are finished, they can sit back, relax, and simply watch while we take care of the rest.

Next, we moved to our soft flokati setup for a few classic newborn portraits before transitioning into a simple prop setup. These images add a little variety while keeping the focus exactly where it belongs—on your beautiful new baby.

We finished this session with blanket posing, creating those timeless, close-up portraits that highlight every tiny detail you'll want to remember.
